Celebrate the wineries of Lake Michigan Shore during this annual celebration at Weko Beach in Bridgman. The event, which runs 1-10 p.m., features wine by the taste or glass, musical entertainment, food from local restaurants and more. Admission is $10 at the door for adults age 21 and older and includes a souvenir wine tasting glass. Billed as Michigan's longest running wine festival, this 28th annual event will feature wine tasting, grilled foods from Outdoor Kitchen, musical entertainment from Libido Funk Circus, a large display of classic Corvettes put on by the Corvette Coventry Club, supervised children's games, hayrides and more. Wednesday, July 11-Thursday, July 12: D'Art for Art
Held at the Walstrom Marine in Harbor Springs, this two-day event is the largest fundraiser for the Crooked Tree Art Center. A preview wine tasting runs 6-8:30 p.m. July 11, featuring wines from Michigan, California and Oregon, hors d'oeuvres, an auction, a preview of the artwork, and a chance to meet the artists. On Thursday, the main event runs 6-10 p.m. July 12, with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, a seated gourmet dinner, a silent auction and a live auction. Guests receive an original work of art. Tabor Hill wines will be among those featured at this event at the Shadowland Pavilion in St. Joseph, the result of a partnership between the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff and 98.3 The Coast. Domaine Berrien Cellars in Berrien Springs will hold its eighth annual Art, Wine & Music Festival, 11 a.m.-7 p.m. The outdoor event — which goes on rain or shine — will feature about 30 artists and crafters, selling their work from beneath individual tents in an art fair area. Offerings will include handwoven baskets, jewelry, wood carvings, oil paintings, watercolors, photography, tie-dyes, stoneware, metal sculptures, pottery and more.
