The Wineries of Old Mission Peninsula will show love for all things Riesling during this annual wintertime event. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., participants can visit the WOMP wineries to sample Riesling paired with specially prepared food. Attendees also will receive a souvenir wine glass, and can get 10 percent off all Riesling purchase made at the participating wineries during the event (with the exception of ice wine). Some local restaurants also are offering special promotions in conjunction with the celebration.
