The best part about southwest Michigan’s wine country is that it is an easy day trip from northeast Indiana. In fact, it is so easy, that when we were at Domaine Berrien winery ( www.domaineberrien.com), we ran into a couple who had driven up from Fort Wayne. They weren’t making a day trip – they had simply driven up to buy some of their favorite wine, and when they were finished, they were going to drive back.
